A Little Princess

A Little Princess is a timeless classic, proving the art of manifestation and also enchanting the reader beautifully in the artistic descriptions. The story follows young Sara Crew, the apple of her father’s eye, with all the privileges one could want. When she is sent to Miss Minchin’s Select Seminary for Young Ladies, she makes wonderful friends with all, of course, money talks. This though soon comes to an end for just after her eleventh birthday, her father’s death changes everything. The book is incredibly eye opening and a wonderful classic that I, loved. Frances Hodgson really has created a masterpiece and it has been adapted for films, theatre, musicals and television. It being a classic, the writing is also quite descriptive with carefully chosen words and very unlike the modern day style of writing. To accompany this excellent read, you really must have a bit of the divine honey and jam buns!
